2 Bedroom Budget Information

Description

This Property is meant to accommodate the budget conscience guest. Traveling nurses and contractors love this property. Great comfortable beds, Central Heat and Air, WiFi, Smart TV, Kitchenette, and washer and dryer in the unit. It is minimally furnished and decorated and that's how I'm able to keep the price down. This first floor apartment is located in the heart of South Charleston, just a few short blocks from the downtown area where you will find restaurants, shopping, gas stations, banks, post office and a library.

My Wife and I enjoy traveling and have Vacation Rentals in some of our favorite places. We are always on the lookout for our next adventure. We have been investing in Real Estate for over 30 years and enjoy meeting new people. We have a wide range of properties not only in location but budget. We understand that everyone has different needs and have different budgets based on their current travel plans.
