The Dairy is a self-contained apartment with a comfortable double bed, shower room, kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The lounge includes a flat screen television and sofa. Wifi included. In the courtyard area there is a picnic table for al fresco eating, plenty of free car parking and facilities to store bicycles. The Dairy is an excellent base to explore beautiful East Devon countryside and the spectacular UNESCO Jurassic Coast. Courtbrook Farm is close to Exeter (two minutes off the M5 at junction 30), Topsham and Sidmouth. Exeter Chiefs Rugby club is less than one mile away, with the fantastic Exe Estuary Cycle Trail within easy reach.
Courtbrook Farm is situated five miles from the centre of Exeter, in the small village of Clyst St. George. We are located in a fantastic area to explore Devon, being just two miles from the M5 junction 30. Topsham is two miles away with its RSPB bird watching hide, open air swimming pool, lovely pubs, picturesque estuary and little shops. The fabulous Exe Estuary cycle trail goes to Exmouth and links into the Exeter Quay. The cycle route can be joined at Darts Farm, an easy 15 minute walk away. Darts Farm is a high-class farm shop and restaurant. You can bring your own bikes or use the hire shops at Topsham or Darts Farm. The UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coast starts at Exmouth running all the way to Swanage in Dorset. Exmouth is a sandy beach, where a walk along the cliffs to Sandy Bay is highly recommended, when the tide is out the walk can be made across the sand. Other lovely seaside places; Budleigh Salterton with its round pebbles; Sidmouth with its beautiful Connaught Gardens and Jacobs Ladder; Beer with fishing boats up on the beach.
Courtbrook Farm has The Diary apartment, with one bedroom, sleeping two adults. The apartment has a private bathroom, lounge area, full facility kitchen, dining area and a courtyard with picnic bench.
Our sister website (www.courtbrookapartments.co.uk) has two apartments sleeping four people (The Parlour and The Roost) and one apartment sleeping two adults (The Honeypot). Each apartment has one king bed, with The Parlour and The Roost also having twin bed rooms. Each apartment has been carefully renovated, with exposed beams and other cottage-style features.
The apartments are well set-up for family, couples and business stays, with a quiet and cosy environment, easy access to the M5 and superfast wifi.
Places to visit include Dartmoor National Park, beautiful with vast moorlands, tors and spectacular views. Exeter Cathedral City is a vibrant shopping destination with a quay where canoe and paddleboards can be hired.
Jenny and Philip Broom welcome you to our converted farm building apartments. We are a working family farm specialising in beef cattle which graze out on the pasture throughout the summer, we also harvest arable crops. We now offer self-catering apartments, and Caravan and Motorhome Club pitches.
The apartments are well set-up for family and couple stays, with attractions like Crealy Adventure Park, Bicton Gardens and many National Trust Properties near by.
Other surrounding areas of interest include Dartmoor National Park, beautiful with vast moorlands, granite tors and spectacular views. Plymouth has the National Aquarium, Barbican, lido and Hoe Park are great places to visit. Exeter Cathedral City is a vibrant shopping destination with the canal basin where canoe and paddleboards can be hired. More activities close to Courtbrook Farm are Go Ape and mountain bike trails found at Haldon Forest.
We are also set-up for business stays, with a quiet and cosy environment, easy access to the M5 and superfast wifi.

At the roundabout (Clyst St. Mary) turn right still following the A376.
Go through the traffic lights on the dual carriage way.
Just after the Texaco Garage ,turn left off the dual carriage way (at the white house).
The Sat. Nav. will say you have arrived but just follow the road for another 400m down the lane to the white Farmhouse and drive in the yard.
