We are located in a fantastic area to explore Devon, being just two miles from the M5 junction 30. Topsham is two miles away with its RSPB bird watching hide, open air swimming pool, lovely pubs, picturesque estuary and little shops. The fabulous Exe Estuary cycle trail goes to Exmouth and links into the Exeter Quay. The cycle route can be joined at Darts Farm, an easy 15 minute walk away. The UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coast starts at Exmouth running all the way to Swanage in Dorset. Exmouth is a sandy beach, where a walk along the cliffs to Sandy Bay is highly recommended, when the tide is out the walk can be made across the sand. Other lovely seaside places; Budleigh Salterton with its round pebbles; Sidmouth with its beautiful Connaught Gardens and Jacobs Ladder; Beer with fishing boats up on the beach.
