Description

Tucked away on one of Southsea's nicest streets. Albany Garden Apartment provides an exceptional level of comfort, character and style for your stay.The bathroom has a whirlpool bath and gives a spa=like experience at the end of your day. This spacious luxury apartment takes up the full footprint of an Edwardian townhouse and has access to a small garden shared with the house, with garden furniture and barbecue equipment. It can sleep five occupants with two double beds or four singles. It has one very large bedroom equipped with twin beds (which convert to double) as well as a single day bed. There is a desk and chair and a walk-in dressing room/wardrobe. The living room is equipped with a large sofa bed that converts into a double bed. The fully-equipped kitchen has a gas hob, convection oven/microwave, dishwasher and fridge. In addition a utility room contains tumble dryer, washing machine and extra fridge. The bathroom features a spa bath with shower attachment. In the living room there is a dining table and four chairs and smart TV with access to Virgin and Now TV services. A fast Wi Fi connection is provided. The apartment is double-glazed and centrally heated. Parking is free on-road in all surrounding roads.

Bursting with Character, Albany Garden Apartment provides a peaceful getaway in the heart of Southsea. Your hosts reside in the upper part of the building so are readily available to help. Benefitting from a (shared) garden, sit outside and watch the goldfinches in the garden, take a 5 minute stroll into Southsea or a 10 minute minute walk to Southsea Common or the Seafront. Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Ships are a short journey. We are passionate about hosting and professionally manage a wide selection of properties in Southsea. Convenient for Fratton Station and close to bus routes, or bring a bike as Portsmouth is small, flat and everything is within a couple of miles. This apartment has bike storage available.
