Sanders Yard Information

Description

Sanders Yard is a family owned and operated business offering accommodation in Whitby since 1998. The Sanders Yard family warmly invite you to visit and experience Whitby whilst enjoying our cosy, clean and welcoming accommodation options. Our rooms and cottages are located off the cobbled stones of Church Street, Whitby and are only a short walk from Whitby Abbey, beaches, shops and restaurants. We offer four bed rooms, all with ensuite or private bathroom and three holiday cottages. Whitby is located within the stunning North Yorkshire Moors National Park with its idyllic country villages and many walking trails for the adventurous. Our beautifully decorated, unique cottages and guest rooms are situated in the old town of Whitby with rooms overlooking our award winning courtyard. Choose from traditional beamed rooms, romantic sleigh beds, characterful cottages and bathrooms comprising large roll top baths complete with claw feet, perfect for soaking in at the end of a long day (a Sanders Yard guest favourite). Please note Room 2 Room 3, Dove cottage and The Old Dispensary have showering facilities only. All accommodation includes TV, free wifi, bath and hand towels, complimentary toiletries, Botham’s of Whitby biscuits and Yorkshire tea. All cottages include bed linen, bath and hand towels, complimentary toiletries, free wifi and a well-equipped kitchen. Sanders Yard bistro is on the ground floor and is a separate business to the accommodation. They serve meals throughout the day including breakfast but have been known to reduce opening hours out of season and when short of staff at their discretion. Their number is 0947 600200. There are many more places to eat in the immediate vicinity. Please note:
