Both twin rooms have a comfortable single beds, flat screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The en-suites have shower facilities. Both twin rooms are on the ground floor.
The familly room consists of a comfortable double bed and a single bed in one room. A single bed in another room and a sofa bed in the living room.

We are a traditional, family run pub, in the Staffordshire village of Handscare with Armitage, situated between the historic city of Lichfield and Rugeley Town.

Our accommodation is offered on a room only basis. The rooms are situated in annex next to The Olde Peculiar which used to be the stables for the Inn.

Take the A51 out of Lichfield towards Stafford. At the island turn right onto the A515 Ashbourne road. After a couple of miles turn left onto the A513. After a couple of miles you will reach Handsacre with Armitage keep left at the fork and as you start to go down the small hill and round a bend there is a Methodist Church on the right. Turn right immediately after this onto the Green and The Olde Peculiar is on the right.
Roadfrom Rugeley(4.0 miles)
Take the A513 out of Rugeley. Continue on this road through Armitage and towards Handsacre. Go under the railway bridge, over the min island and bear left. You will then see The Olde Peculiar on the right.
Roadfrom Alrewas The A38(8.5 miles)
Leave the A38 at Alrewas and follow the A513. Continue until you reach the T junction at Kings Bromley. Turn left onto Lichfield road for 0.4 of a mile. Then turn right onto Rugeley road, the A513. Continue to follow the A513 into Handsacre. The Olde Peculiar will appear on your left.
