Descripción

This beautiful 3-bedroom House comes with its own private driveway and garden. Located on Craigour Terrace, this is an easy reach to the City Centre (20-25-minute bus journey) and around 15 minutes away from Fort Kinnaird, which is Edinburgh Biggest Shopping Complex. There are great views of Arthur Seat and Craigmillar Castle, both of which are close and beautiful to look at. This property is situated in the perfect location for all. Whether you are looking to explore the Pentland Hills, play some golf at one of the many golf courses in the area, or enjoy some year-round skiing at Hillend, this is the perfect location for you. For those travelling on business we are within walking distance of the Edinburgh bioQuarter. We offer the highest speed WIFI available in the area (upto 300MB/s) aswell as a 55inch Smart Tv, with a Guest account for Netflix. Also included is a fully kitted out kitchen with an oven, fridge and a washing machine. A simple breakfast is also included, with your choice of cereal/toast and coffee/tea. Fresh bedding, towels and toiletaries will also be included, as well as an ironing board, an iron and a hair dryer. We are also pet friendly and there is dog bowls and treats for your 4-legged friends, however, we just ask that you keep them off the furniture. This is a No-Smoking Property but there is a patio with outdoor seating, as well as a sheltered room to smoke in the garden. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any listings we feel to be in breach of our booking conditions. This includes party’s and events as well as underage bookings - may be asked to provide identification for anybody staying at property. Our Property is situated in the perfect location to view all the sites of Edinburgh while being in a quiet residential street with mainly families and children. We are here to provide you with a comfortable and affordable stay while you are visiting Edinburgh. We have tried our best to accomodate groups of up to 8 people including Children, and would love to offer our own personal knowledge of the City so if you would like any specific recommendations that are not included in our welcome pack please let us know.
