Arranged over two floors, the accommodation is elegantly appointed throughout. The open plan living space furnished with dining table and chairs, comfortable sofas and a Smart 41” TV with Freeview, making it perfect for families and groups of friends to catch up & watch a movie. In the well equipped kitchen/diner, a 2 seater breakfast bar, electric hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher & sink are all to hand. Steps leading up to a paved patio with dining seating for 4 and BBQ is accessed through a sliding door off the living space & provides an outdoor space for all to enjoy. 2 bedrooms & family bathroom equipped with WC, basin & over-bath shower, comprise the 1st floor. Bedroom 1 is made up with a king sized bed & bedroom 2 is a twin (king on request). A store cupboard on the landing houses a washer/dryer. Up to 1 dog is permitted on the property. We ask that they remain on the ground floor & that you inform us when you book. There are 2 parking spaces outside the property. For any additional cars there is a car park located around the back of the flats which are opposite the property. 1 travel cot & highchair can be provided on request. Towels & linen are provided. It is positioned very close to the award winning Bicclescombe Park & is within a close walking distance of Ilfracombe’s town & Tunnels Beaches. Great places to eat line the harbour & the lower town and for keen walkers the Torrs Walk is close by & joins up with the South West Coast Path. It is in an excellent location to explore the year round activities - walking, clay pigeon shooting, golfing, horse riding & pony trekking as well as water sports (individual and group lessons available) on Woolcombe beach. The beaches of Croyde & Saunton are a short drive away & Ilfracombe’s pretty harbour offers fishing charters.
