Description

Melin Pandy is a former woollen mill that has been converted into 4 star Bed & Breakfast accommodation, popular with business travellers and visitors alike. There is ample parking in front of the house and guests can enjoy the views of the charming garden with a stream running through if that joins the River Teifi. There are views over the surrounding countryside and woodlands. The three guest rooms are all located on the ground floor. There are two kingsize rooms and one twin room, which all have spacious en-suites and are decorated and furnished to a high standard. All the rooms have flatscreen TV, hospitality tray, hairdryer, clock radio, toiletries and free Wi-Fi. Newcastle Emlyn is a delightful market town with a range of independent shops, pubs, cafes and amenities. The larger town of Cardigan is 10 miles away and it is a 20 minute drive to the coast with several lovely beaches. Local places of interest include: Cenarth Falls and Coracle Centre National Woollen Museum Gwili Steam Railway

The house is set back from the road with a level approach. All public areas are well lit. There is level access to the front door, the breakfast room and guest rooms are all located on the ground floor. An access statement is available on request.

    From the M4 Junction 49 follow signs to Carmarthen A48 for about 17 miles. When approaching Carmarthen at first roundabout turn right onto A40, at next roundabout continue straight ahead on A40. At next roundabout turn left following signs for A484, at next roundabout turn left passing West Wales Hospital. At next roundabout turn right onto A484 following signs for Newcastle Emlyn for about 17 miles. After passing the sign for Newcastle Emlyn, Melin Pandy is the third house on the right. There is a blue sign at the entrance to the drive.
