A traditional inn full of character, this listed building dates back to the 19th century. known locally as "The Killer" it gets this name from passengers frequenting the pub over the last 100 years, while waiting for the next train.
All our food is freshly prepared using locally sourced ingredients. we offer a lunch menu, evening meals our delicious Chefs specials and special nights IE steak night. The bar is well stocked with a wide range of beers including cask ale, & a few cheeky wines.
We cater for functions of all sizes and a number of local events through out the year.
Our bedrooms are all bespoke each has its own little twist, all fitted with everything you need from hairdryers to USB sockets. quality bedding & towels plus a good sized TV. Breakfast is a must at The Killer always cooked freshly to order, dietary need catered for when ever possible.
