Tabsfield’s sizable, yet cosy master bedroom enjoys its own shower room and the house’s main balcony which offers the finest sweeping views of the Darenth Valley.
The Lullingstone suite is Tabsfield's most capacious suite offering a large living area with a 28 inch television, an open fireplace and a spacious bathroom with twin hand-basins, a bath and separate shower.
The picturesque, self contained ‘Tabsfield Cottage’ consists of a fully equipped kitchen and living room with steps leading to a double bedded room and bathroom. There’s a separate WC, and your very own private garden complete with garden furniture.
This tastefully decorated spacious room has a balconied view overlooking our prettiest lawns and boasts the house’s main bathroom, with its deep clay bath and original marble floors.
Tabsfield is an undeniably beautiful house that was built in the 1890’s by the local mill-owner. From an elevated position, we enjoy spectacular views over the Darenth Valley.
Tabsfield has well-established landscape gardens too with sets of Croquet and Boules, as well as a selection of board games for guests to use. Breakfast may be taken in the garden in the summer months.
Eynsford’s quaint pubs, restaurants and numerous ancient buildings are within walking distance of the house, and Brands Hatch, London Victoria, the Eurostar at Ebbsfleet, and the South Coast are just a taste of what is easily accessible from this superbly placed retreat.

Tabsfield is on the A225 less than 5 minutes from Junction 3 of the M25.
From Junction 3 of the M25, take the A20 turn-off towards West Kingsdown (there is a sign for Brands Hatch).
Cross the first roundabout (2nd turning), go down the hill and cross the next roundabout (2nd turning).
Take the first right (A225 towards Sevenoaks). You are now on Eynsford Road.
About half a mile along you will pass Oliver Crescent on your right, Tabsfield is the 4th driveway in the grass bank on the LEFT.
