All of the bedrooms are located on upper floors and the entrance to Balconie House is narrow, so may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

If using Sat Nav, please use the property postcode IV16 9UN. The property is located on the main Street between the Baconie Inn & the Co-Operative Supermarket - just across from the bus stop. There is free parking outside the property, on the pavement (just make sure that you leave room for pedestrians). There is also a free public car park located just across the road - across from the Novar Arms.
